| Greenway Village Retirement Community is officially registered
and recognized as a "Continuing Care Retirement Community"
(CCRC) in the state of Texas. This designation is given and regulated
by the State Board of Insurance.
Greenway Village is one of only a handful of official CCRC's in
the Dallas area.
This designation (CCRC), as defined in the glossary indicates all
three levels of care for senior adults are available on our 25-acre
campus in Mesquite. Bentley Assisted Living and the Health Care
Center (nursing home) are in separate buildings located directly
across the street from Greenway Village.
Greenway's "continuum of care" approach allows its residents
the convenience of making just one more major move. From then on,
Greenway Village and the subsequent health care provided by Christian
Care Center can fulfill any healthcare need that arises.
Greenway Village is also a member of the Texas Association of
Homes and Services for the Aging (TAHSA) as well as the American
Association of this same organization (AAHSA).
