Established in 1947 in Gunter, Texas (near Sherman, Texas) as a ministry for retired ministers, Hilltop Haven now provides Retirement Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Medicaid Private rooms, Respite Care, Alzheimer's Special Care, and Hospice Care.
Hilltop Haven was the FIRST area nursing community in TEXAS to be CERTIFIED for Alzheimer's care. Hilltop Haven has the distinction of employing some of the longest-tenured professional staff in the health-care industry. Some of our caregivers have been providing excellent, specialized care to our residents for more than 35 years.
