How much does it cost to live there?
There are several floor plans to choose from. Please call 972-698-2600 for more information.

Does the cost ever increase?
Each year expenses are evaluated and if fees need to be adjusted to cover
operational costs, increases usually occur in January and average 4%.

Do you have other healthcare available?
Yes. Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Alzheimer care, and home health
care is available on the Mesquite campus.

Are you affiliated with any certain church?
Christian Care Center is the sponsor of Hartin and McMillan Apartments. Individual donors, charitable foundations, and churches of Christ support CCC. Residents of all faiths or no faith are welcome.

What size floor plans do you offer?
Several apartments ranging in size from 400 to 950 square feet.

Is there a waiting list?
We have some floors plans available at the current time.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Medicaid is only available in the Health Care Center at Christian Care Center.

What is the difference between Greenway and Hartin/McMillan apartments?
Greenway is an Entry Fee, CCRC and offers a full array of services, amenities, and benefits which include meals, housekeeping, laundry, utilities, transportation, a social and activity program and a Health Care Benefit.

Hartin and McMillan apartments are rental apartments and do not require an entry fee. Please see the services and amenities section for services.
