| Hospice is a philosophy of care, which enables patients and families to make choices about care in life’s final stage. Patient and family needs are met using a team approach. Christian Hospice Team consists of physicians, nurses, social worker, therapists, dietician, chaplain, counseling, and volunteers. Our professionals schedule visits based on the needs of the patients. Hospice nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and address any concerns with our patients. |
